We are currently looking for a Senior Consultant or Manager to join our Healthcare team which is primarily working on projects related to Hospital Management in general and the implementation of "SwissDRG" in particular.
The ideal candidate should have a sound understanding of consulting and project management methodologies (strategy, project lifecycle, requirements analysis, process mapping etc.).
Professional experience in the medical sector is a plus.

Your previous experience and business network is crucial as we expect you to contribute in Newtone Associates’ growth and development. You will have responsibility for your own projects and will support our clients in solving their most challenging issues.

Your main duties as a Senior Consultant or Manager will include:

• Participating in team to provide advice based on the best approach / design of the solution;
• Understanding of client strategic direction, issues and project goals;
• Conducting analysis focusing on the development of creative solutions that  delivers sustainable results for our clients;
• Evaluating business needs, user requirements and developing functional specifications;
• Preparing and facilitating client meetings and workshops;
• Developing high quality presentations and reports to effectively communicate analysis and project results;
• Participating in sales activities and business development.

Profile and background:

• A minimum of 4 years project experience (preferably within a consulting firm);
• Proven ability to work in a creative and analytical manner within a problem solving environment;
• Ability to adapt rapidly to different clients and their respective industries and professions;
• Interest to work in a multi-project environment (handling 2-4 projects at once);Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills;
• Strong client-orientation and focus on quality;
• Desire to improve personal skills and advance on the career path taking on responsibilities in client handling and project management;
• Ability to cope with tight deadlines and heavy workload;
• Strong documentation skills using MS Office Applications.

Educational Requirements:

• Masters’ degree or equivalent (MSc., MBA, Dr. med.);
• Project certification a plus (PMP, Six Sigma);
• Very good command of English and French a must.
