New challenges for hospitals and clinics

To those of our clients who come from the healthcare sector, a new specialized healthcare team will help you face the challenges that lie ahead of you.

As the federal government has decided to introduce the SwissDRG system to finance the in-patient sector, the Swiss healthcare market is facing major structural changes. Newtone Associates has decided to build on the extensive experience our consultants have had in Germany during and after the introduction of the G-DRG system there. While the german speaking part of Switzerland has closer ties to our neighbors whose healthcare system has undergone important changes during the past years, the experience gained in Germany has little impact on strategic thinking in most french speaking cantons.

Newtone Associates, based in Geneva, with DRG-related experience from other countries, is a unique partner. We will further develop this sector and work hard to build a specialized team that can help you, the local players, hospitals and clinics, prepare for the changes ahead.
