A global Private Bank was looking to end its outsourcing agreement for one of its on-shore location and to incorporate the local business into its core banking platform and operational hub.

Client Challenge

  • Keep providing all existing products and services to on-shore clients satisfactorily.
  • Enhance existing platform to incorporate local taxes and specific business requirements related to clients, corporate and regulatory reporting.
  • Manage activities and accounting system’s migration in a very short timeframe.
