A global Private Bank was looking to end its outsourcing agreement for one of its on-shore location and to incorporate the local business into its core banking platform and operational hub.
- Keep providing all existing products and services to on-shore clients satisfactorily.
- Enhance existing platform to incorporate local taxes and specific business requirements related to clients, corporate and regulatory reporting.
- Manage activities and accounting system’s migration in a very short timeframe.
- Provide functional expertise in defining business requirements, performing gap analysis between the two operating platforms, and designing new banking processes to meet the local business needs.
- Provide technical expertise in establishing a proper on-shore platform, migrating data from legacy systems, and coordinating user acceptance testing and training programs.
- Provide project management support, including global and detailed planning of sub-project, development and delivery monitoring, and test and environment management.
- Successfully assimilated the on-shore business into the core banking platform and common hub in a timely manner. All products and services offered to local clients could be equally serviced without disruption.
- Significantly reduced operating costs by consolidating the on-shore business into the existing operating model.
- Developed a consistent servicing platform for all private banking clients across all locations.
